SIP Phones

SIP Endpoints are devices that allow you to make and receive calls on softphones or hardphones like Polycom and Grandstream.

Adding a New SIP Client

  1. Go to "Settings" and click on "Phone" then select "Add".
  2. Fill out the required fields.

Bulk Importing SIP Clients

  1. Click on the upload icon.
  2. Upload your CSV file and click on the "Upload" button.

Data Fields

Field Description
Username The SIP username of the endpoint.
Password The password of the SIP endpoint.
User Select the user name from the drop-down list.
Phone Numbers
SIP Providers
