DNC

Overview

The Do Not Call (DNC) feature allows users to create a list of telephone numbers that should not be called or blocked. This feature can be used to exclude certain numbers from being dialed during a campaign. The DNC list is a data source containing numbers that should not be contacted. When a campaign selects records from its contact list, any numbers that match entries in the DNC list will be excluded from dialing. Additionally, the Blocklist feature allows users to compile a list of numbers to block any unsolicited calls that are not relevant to their business.
