With this integration, you can make inbound and outbound calls instantly and sync them directly to your Zendesk, saving time, boosting productivity, and enhancing your customer experience. Inbound call data is automatically pulled from your Zendesk CRM and displayed on your Samespace Dock, while missed conversations automatically generate a ticket for agents to follow up on.

Steps to integrate Zendesk with Samespace:

Step 1: Navigate to the "Settings" icon and select "Apps" from the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Choose the "Zendesk" option.

Step 3: Fill in the required fields to set up your integration. Give your integration a name, enter your domain, username and API token from your Zendesk account, and provide an optional description. Click on the "Save" button to finalize your integration.

How to generate a API token in Zendesk

Step 1: Log in to your Zendesk account.

Step 2: Click on the square icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Admin Center" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click the "Apps and integrations" option available on the screen

Step 4: Now select "Zendesk API" on the left panel of your screen and enable "Token access"

Step 5: Click the "Add new token" button on the right side of the screen. Give your token a name that will help you identify it later.

Step 6: Copy the token to a secure location, as you will not be able to see it again.
