Integrating Samespace with Messenger allows businesses to manage customer conversations across multiple messaging channels from a single platform. This help document provides step-by-step instructions for integrating Samespace with Messenger.

Before you begin, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and configure Samespace and Messenger accounts.

Follow these simple steps to seamlessly integrate Samespace with Facebook Messenger:

Step 1: Navigate to the “Settings” icon and select “Apps” option from the sidebar menu

Step 2: Choose Messenger integration option

Step 3: Click on the “Connect” button. Clicking on connect will open up a dialog box on the right side of the screen

Field Details

Field	Description
Name	Displays the name given to the integration
Route	The field enable you to route to any team or a flow
Page ID	Enter the “Page ID”, found in the “Access Token” section of your Messenger Settings
Page Token	Enter the “Page Token” which is found in the “Access Token” section of your Messenger Settings

Generating a Token in the Messenger App

Step 1: Create a Facebook Developer Account

Step 2: After completing the Registration process. You will receive a page to Create a App like below

Step 3: Select “App Type” and fill in all the required details

Step 4: Click on Dashboards and then select “Add products to your app”. Then select “Messenger”

Step 5: After you have selected Messenger click on “Settings”

Step 6: After adding your page click on “Generate a Token” button displayed on the right

Step 7: After clicking on “Add” you will get a pop-up as below

Add this Webhook URL and Secret Token in Facebook under “Webhooks”

Step 8: Now click on “Add Subscriptions” option under Pages enable the below options;
