Manage Playbooks
Boost your agent connect rates and increase proactive customer engagement with the help of Samespace Playbooks.
Creating a Playbook
Step 1: Click on "Playbooks" in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Choose a name for your playbook and select the source from the available options: Native, Salesforce, Hubspot, or CSV.
*Note - If you are using the source as Native then the first step is to add contacts. Click on the button “Add Contacts”. *
Step 3: Next, add an entry rule to your playbook. You can create rules using "AND" (all) and "OR" (any) logic. Additionally, you can add contact sorting rules, if necessary, to meet your specific requirements.
Step 4: After adding your entry rule, it's time to set up your strategy. With Samespace Playbooks, you can create multi-channel strategies that include options for calls, SMS, and email.
Step 5: Click Next. This will take you to the Strategy section. Select the settings and press save. Your Playbook will be created.
Call
You can set the call settings of your Playbook from this section. Select the Dial Mode and select the team.
SMS
You can set the SMS settings of your Playbook from this section. Select the Profile, enter the sender’s name and enter the maximum contacts that can be enrolled in this sequence in a day.
You can set the email settings of your Playbook from this section. Select the Email profile, sender and enter the maximum contacts that can be enrolled in this sequence in a day.
