Creating a Profile
To create a profile, follow these steps:
- Click the "Create" button within the Studio Settings menu.
- Fill in all the required fields for the specific profile type you want to create.
There are four types of profiles you can create in Studio Settings:
When creating an SMS profile, users must select a provider based on their specific use case. Once the profile is created, the SMS node can be used in the Studio to trigger outbound messages.
When creating an email profile, users are required to enter their SMTP Server, port value, ID, and password. After successfully creating the email profile, users must enable the option "Less secure app access" from their email account settings. Once the email profile is created, the email node will be able to trigger outbound emails for the configured email address.
To create a Salesforce profile, users need to enter their Salesforce account's username, password, and security token. Once the profile is created, the Salesforce node used in the flow will start functioning.
When creating a calendar profile, users need to enter the profile's name and connect the appropriate Google calendar by signing in to Google. Once the calendar profile is set up, the calendar node can be used in the Studio to trigger actions based on specific calendar events.
