Samespace users can personalize their hold music, queue music, and queue announcements by recording or uploading their own prompts. This feature allows for a more personalized experience.

Instructions for Adding Your Own Sound or Audio Recording

To add a new sound or audio recording, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Add New Sound" button.
2. Fill in the "Name" field and select the "Type" of sound.
3. Choose the "Source," "Language," and "Voice" options, and then click "Save" to complete the process.

Your newly added sound will be available for use in customizing your hold music, queue music, and queue announcements. Please note that this section also comes with pre-recorded sounds that users can utilize depending on their specific needs and requirements.

Deleting or Downloading a Sound

To delete or download a sound, follow these steps:

1. Locate the sound that you want to delete or download.
2. Click on the icon for the sound.
3. Select either "Delete" or "Download" depending on your desired action.

Data Fields

When adding a new sound or audio recording, the following data fields are available:

Field	Description
Name	Enter the name you wish to give the sound.
Type	Choose the category of sound, such as queue greeting or hold music.
Source	Choose to add the sound through text-to-speech or upload a wav file.
Text to Say	If using text-to-speech, enter the text to be converted.
Language	Select the appropriate language for the sound.
