Phone numbers are used to handle inbound and outbound calls for your business and can be easily added to Samespace within the Phone Numbers section.
Add & Route Phone Numbers in Samespace
Within the Samespace platform, navigate to the menu section by clicking the menu icon next to your profile picture. From the dropdown, select the SIP link to head over to the SIP Settings section in Samespace.
Navigate to the Phone Numbers section, and click the ‘+’ button to the top right.
Enter the details for the inbound or outbound number you wish to map to your Samespace account. Under Routing Type you can select where you want to route inbound calls to this number.
Only Routing Type and Route To fields can be changed after creation.
