Dial Access Group
Dial Access Groups are created to allow outbound calling access only to specific destinations based on dialcodes. Dial Access Groups can be assigned to multiple users or teams.
Add a Dial Access Group
Within the Samespace platform, navigate to the menu section by clicking the menu icon next to your profile picture. From the dropdown, select the SIP link to head over to the SIP Settings section in Samespace.
Navigate to the Dial Access Groups section, and click the ‘+’ button to the top right.
By default, there will be one Dial Access Group with all destinations allowed
Enter the Name and Description for the new Dial Access Group and its respective codes and endpoint.
