Depending on the General Dock Settings defined within the Samespace platform, users will have control over multipe options from their Dock. To access the settings, users can click on their visible profile photo from within the dock and then click on the ‘Settings’ option. They will see something like this:
Team for outbound calls
When making outbound calls, the User can select which of their teams they would represent. According to the team selected, specific call settings will be applied to all manually made calls for the user.
User can enable/disable the Auto Hide feature for their Samespace Dock. It will hide dock when not in use. Simply hover over the dock to view the dock.
From here the user can enable/disable the Auto Answer feature. Enabling this feature immediately answers any inbound call to the user if he/she is available.
