The Conversations Report keeps a detailed record of every conversation in your network. Call recordings and chat transcripts provide insight into customer and user call habits, helping you establish user accountability and make better decisions around providing better customer experience.

Call Summary Report Samespace

You can filter the report by simply click on filter button. User can listen to the recording by clicking on pkay button.

To view chat conversation simplu click on chat icon in conversation column.
